What TDM Is Not.

TDM is a Vietnam-based market development and commercial partner. We take responsibility for the commercial work we are engaged for.

  • Not a technology manufacturer or software vendor

You own the solution and decide on product, price and terms.

  • Not a systems integrator

Technical, legal and integration assessment is carried out by you and specialist partners. TDM coordinates.

  • Not a referral or sales broker

One accountable counterpart from research to signed contract and beyond. Every engagement has a defined scope and a defined output.

TDM introduces and explains solutions. It does not certify quality or compliance, does not provide legal advice and does not approve on behalf of any enterprise.

Our role

Bridging Global Solutions with Local Needs.

TDM Partners acts as a commercial partner and coordinator on the ground. We help global solution providers reach enterprise buyers in Vietnam, starting with financial institutions, and give buyers a local counterpart to coordinate with.

The buyer decides what to purchase and how far to use it. The provider decides on product, price and terms, provides the solution and technical expertise, and is responsible for the SLA. Specialist partners perform their agreed responsibilities. TDM coordinates according to the agreed engagement scope.

Our commitments

What You Can Count On.

Three commitments we make to everyone we work with.

  • Your information stays protected

Documents and information you share with TDM Partners are kept confidential under NDA, during and after our engagement. If we do not end up working together, your information stays protected.

    [TODO-CONTENT: C-13 — confirm the NDA commitment]

  • Selective, and piloted where needed

We do not take on every solution. We work with solutions already running in production, assess fit first and run a pilot where one is needed.

  • Two contracts, clear roles

The provider pays TDM for market development services. Buyers purchase the solution directly from the provider; TDM never charges the buyer. Who pays TDM, and for what, is written into the contract.
